The scammer pretended to be a TEBRA Human Resources employee offering me a job as a Graphic Designer. I passed a written screening/interview test, and was told I was gonna get training via Zoom as soon as I set up my home office with fund from TEBRA. For the offer letter, I provided a picture of my ID and for the TEBRA funds for my home office, I provided them with my bank and name on the account. Nothing further than that. My only fear is identity theft but I have blocked my credit checks for the time being. I had looked up Jordan King on LinkedIn and he is a real person and most of the information checked out. It wasn't until I went deep into the comments on his posts that I realized other Graphic Designers were being scammed by a TEBRACAREER domain, in the same way. I checked the IP for the owner and it points to 96 Mowat AveToronto, ON M6K 3L7, Canada, but I don't believe that's a real address.

I was offered a job under the company Tebra Inc. The hiring manager who contacted is named Bryan Widener. He has been communicating with me through Microsoft Teams and is asking for my username and password for my ID.me account. I have already given him my full SSN, address, phone number and email. I contacted the actual company and was informed that this is indeed a scam

I received a text message asking me if I wanted a job still. He then asked me to download an app, I logged into the app he then asked me for my name street address and email, then told me he was in two ID.Me and wanted to know my information. He was not able to recover it because I gave him the wrong email. He then told me that he had news for me that they checked my resume over and my qualifications put me up as a personal assistant. I would be transferring payments to cash up with Bitcoin. And I would make a mission off of all the payments or I could take a $700 bi-weekly salary. Once I agreed to the job he then wanted me to make sure my cash app was verified through BTC. I had to try and figure out how to do it but along the way I stopped and asked him if he had any identification for the company that he could provide for me to prove that this was on a scam due to there is so many job scams online. He then told me this thought of scams even make him cringe to just everything was going to be okay and just follow along and I was going to be making a lot of money. I then asked him for the company's phone number and that's when he stopped talking to me.

I was offered a job to work from home as a Data Entry clerk starting $16 hourly during 2 weeks of training. Then $27 after training. On 7/10/23 I was advised from Human Resource office that a check will be sent to my home address and they will contact me when to expect the check to purchase: Apple laptop, printer/scanner, iPhone 13 mini. Once I decline to accept a check the HR contact person called me and told me not to worry because this is their company policies for the onboarding process.

I received a text message by a woman named Melissa and she told me to download an app called the Signal app, and she conducted an interview. I grew suspicious because towards the end, I started to notice that I never had an interview through an app before as usually by phone or by zoom or by Microsoft teams and towards the end, they stated that they will be sending me a check so that way I can purchase the equipment for my remote position and purchase it through a local vendor. Here I am trying to obtain a job while I’m unemployed and it’s very unforgiving and very disturbing. I’ve been taken advantage of once I’m not going to be taking a vantage of twice. They should be ashamed of themselves.
