I was told 2 puppies @ 400.00 each would be sent to me. Then the shipping company ( Forward Way Express 8316504871) wanted crate fee. That was additional 300. The person Logan smith failed to send it on time so they started charging for nanny fees @ 300.per puppy per day. This was supposed to be refunded upon delivery. By this time the accumulate fees continued to add up and he was asking to send amazon gift cards. I sent them and then he asked for more saying the dogs had missed their flight. The cash apps he was sending me stopped working and he had me sending to different people and for days and days i was trying to just get the puppies delivered. Then he said he would help with some payment because i couldnt send any more. Then he said the friend who would loan him the money had a wreck and needed the money back. I had already sent my half and he said he paid the service but it wasnt enough. I sold my washer and dryer to get more money and he asked me to barrow more. I told him over and over just refund what i had sent and be done. He said the service only refunds on delivery no other way to get my money back. Now he said his daughter was hospitalized and he couldnt get to the service on time and wants anoither 600.

I dont know what to do. I need help getting my money back. I now believe its a scam and he keeps asking for more money when all the papper work ive been sent email has no location phone numbers for even the service. He had his son help him a couple of times and said hes in the army stationed in California.
