Search internet for repair service for Samsung Gas Dryer. Thumbtack came up with several options. Someone then contacted me via text to say they were the repair person and could come out in about 1/2 hour. He showed up and said there was a bad board. Labor and part would cost 530.00. He would order part. Wanted $175.00 and balance to be paid when part was installed. This was on 6-27-24. Received text stating part would be in the next day and he would be over to install. Never showed. I called and he said he was still waiting for part. Check to see if my check cleared the bank, it had not. Next day, same thing, still waiting for part. On 7-1 he stated he would check tomorrow morning to see if part was in - between 10 and 12. I check the bank again, and check had been cashed. After that, there was no communication. When calling the number, message says person is not available and the mailbox is full. Also will not respond to text or email messages.
