I have never applied for a loan or requested contact from this company. Despite that, I have received nonstop robocalls for months. I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling adn to remove my number. and thpse requests were ignored. Because the calls continued, I was forced to file a complaint with the do not call registry, the FCC, the FTC, and my Attorney General's Office. Even after taking those steps, the calls persisted. This is intrusive, frustrating and constantly blocking numbers from this company when they use number rotation.

Dozens of robocalls a day saying I am approved and in underwriting with TD Business lending. The calls come from many different numbers including local numbers that are similar to ones I accept calls from. I found their website at .

I receive same voicemail messages several times a day, each from different numbers originating from different states.

“This is Nicole calling about your loan request this is Nicole Bennett with TD business lending underwriting I tried reaching you before the new year but wasn't able to connect I'm calling because your file is now showing you're nearly approved for about $159,000 if you're still interested give me a call back at 877-580-3307“

For the last month, I have received at least one phone call a day, sometimes multiple, always from a different phone number, so I cannot block the calls. It comes from area codes all across the country. Always the same VM...."This is Nicole Bennett with TD Business lending underwriting. You file shows you're nearly approved for $159,000. To finalize your funding call 888-919-6105. Loan request. This is Nicole Bennett with TD Business Lending Underwriting. I tried reaching you before the new year, but wasn't able to connect. I'm calling becuase your file is now showing you are nearly approved for $159,000...."

Clearly this is a robo caller from TD Business Lending, but I really with someone could stop it. Its EVERY DAY.

Nicole calling every day to tell me I am approved for a loan. Calls from different numbers but always leaves 877-580-3307 as the call back number. It has been happening daily some days 2 times for the last month or so.

I received phone calls from this same business at least once a day. The person uses the same name, Nicole Bennett, when calling. Each time they call it is from a different phone number. I have blocked every single number, but the calls keep coming. They are trying to offer me money for a business loan, which I did not apply for or inquire about.
