Type of a scam Rental

I was looking online for apt .rental, and i put my information in on alot apt. to call back to veiw, some apt. had photos on line showing the inside and out side of apt. but this apt online show the out side not inside, I fill out paper after being contact to see apt. I look at two apt . I didnt like thanI was told to call them back if I like the apt. I said and I call the voice back that told me to go to apt in Hillside N.J the voice over the phone said that his name was Simom , same name that on the web at Rent .com and other apt rental on the internet like apartment.com its listing also. I told the vocie over the phone no I didnt like the apt at the Hillside location, He told me he owner 10 other building and he would have some other apt. that I can look at that next week . That next week I did call and he told me to meet him at two places Firist place he said *** st.E.O N.J at 1:00 pm that date 3/2017 , than wnen I call the number back there was no answer than I keep calling he said meet him at *** * *** *** E.O NJ , I went too that location seen apt there and said alright the price too much not wroth it so he said $25 .00 less than what he said I said alright ,than he told me to go to the off with money order in the amount of $25.00 for rental background check, and to fill out the applicatuion with it. And they he would let me know if I got the apt. I called him back but didnt get and answer until next day, There was alot going on with the paper work after that in that off at 409 Mytler ave. Ivington Nj. they kept losseing the papers I already gave them them would say there dont open on wenseday but I went back one day early and they was open they lied , I also had a proplem geting my keys after they gotten the money , and a proplem with geting mail box keys,Than While I was geting other things done after the move ,that the lease that where they told me to sign where ever x was on the lease and I ask them do I suppose to sign here because that dont look like where I suppose to put my name, the female said year that and lawyer printed up those lease, than it had a form that I had never ever filled out for renting, It was the heading was W-9 form , the other office where I was getting a copy of papers from look at it and I told them I never recevied the paper on that apt. that I ask them to seen so I can change my driving licesne address, she said she send it but look at that pick of paper the lease and said that not where your name suppose to be on that lease ,that lease said you the owner of that proprety . they had me too double sign the papers saying the owner is me and the tenet is me, and that paper leads back to IRS fauld and investergation tax es and other opperation I dont know, what I do know is that I have nothing but trouble from that place , people that dont pay rent drug users traffe and they enters my place when am not there, and rats and other empty apt. its they wanted some one with clean name to use infornation than have bums starte there mess its like some one took over a building that was abandon lost paper works lost in the sytem on prepose I need this place investergated .Question down below there two answers and it only take one answer I say both
