Am buyer of 2 English bulldog puppies and TB-Logistics Service is int'l transport agency that seller registered the puppies with to handle the transport and delivery of the puppies to our home in Hawaii (originating from Florida). There were issues encountered within delivery process. Agency kept requiring payment for each step encountered. Although reluctant, was convinced to proceed each time because really wanted the puppies. Was uncomfortable with payment method options. Initial payment sent using Zelle to a delivery team member's bank account. Subsequent payments used Bitcoin ATM because that's only option that would work. Had difficulty obtaining the funds. It caused a lot of stress. Paid nearly $15,000 total. Some of this they said is refundable and would receive refund upon delivery completion. Then agency asked us to acquire and pay for temporal documents, border state and city permits, and other required items due to puppies were denied entry in Hawaii because they did not meet Hawaii quarantine requirements (which the delivery people say they were not aware of prior). The puppies had to return to Monterrey, MX where they last stopped before coming to Hawaii. The docs, etc were to try and avoid Hawaii's 120 day quarantine. But the prices they gave were extremely high and could not pay it. Total they were asking for was nearly $18,000. Because not able to pay any more money to proceed and complete delivery of the puppies, was forced to make decision to stop delivery. Agency has handed over case to Pets Abandonment Dept. Recently received email from dept re: Consequences for Pet Abandonment. They say by abandoning the puppies we are thereby violating the rules of the International Pet Organization. They gave fine amount of $87,654.10. Also subject to jail time of up to 10 months in Europe or the USA. Pets Abandonment Center emailed saying will receive all refunds but refunds are confiscated and will take some procedures before funds to be released. Told will have to contact TB-Logistics and ask what needs to be done to free the puppies and get them delivered or we travel for the puppies. Already know they're going to ask for payment, which still not able to do. Don't have the money to pay for puppies' flight to Hawaii nor have the money to travel and get the puppies.
