Type of a scam: Online Purchase

We were looking for a therapy dog for our daughter and decided to purchase a dog from an instagram breeder. He was super nice and knowledgeable about "their" puppies. Once we picked out puppy they resgistered her and got her ready to ship. We paid 1200 plus 500 shipping cost and they sent a contract. They kept sending pictures and updates about the puppy. After she passed the vet check and was cleared to travel the shipping company contacted me to ask me to rent one of their crates because the one the seller provided didn't meet their standards. So i contacted the seller and they assured me it was ok and that the fee was refundable. There were 3 options and we chose the cheapest one which was 1,000. After that they required an insurance which was 1,300 and then the puppy was 1hrs and 30 mins from its destination and they required another refundable deposit of 2,000 to take her out of quarentine and to pay for dog license and city permit and some shots. I refused to pay and they threaten to send puppy to the animal shelter and accuse me of animal abandonment. At this point I realized i was the victim of a scam. We are heartbroken and emotionally and financially strained. The feeling is horrible. I started a claim with my bank and hope to get some of my money back although i doubt i will. Here is some of the emails and numbers they used, but i think they change it on every scam.

Puppy Scammer!

I decided to buy a puppy from an Instagram breeder. after selecting the puppy I paid a $1000 deposit and I requested the delivery which was supposed to be done by Swiftawayflightnanny.com. a day before delivery day they sent me a tracking number but on the day of delivery they requested more money for different boxes to have the puppy in during the flight which I paid $500 more. later they asked for some California laws to keep the dog in an isolated area and asked me to buy them some Bitcoin and asking me to send them the information about my credit cart. Where I was like are you serious? I didn't pay more money but they blocked me from everywhere and none of the lines works for me. I was obviously heartbroken and sad. Reported them to the FBI online scammers. The money aside, the emotional damage they made was so bad for me. I know they have multiple pages on Instagram and facebook. Please report them as you see.They used this website for tracking numbers and flight nanny:

Name: Taylor Morgan (I think it is a fake name but I zelle the money to "Christopher Williams" and "Lesslie Russell"
