I did not call the scammer back. I googled the phone number to see if this was a legitimate thing and found other people reporting it as a scam.

They to filed my taxes in February 2023 but did a scam and my taxes was not approved after me having to fix the problem and be in contact with the IRS myself in order to do so my taxes were finally released in October 2023. My refund was sent to their bank when I called them because the IRS website stated that my refund had been deposited they said they were unable to deposit it in my account because of something with my bank which is a lie because i had just got a deposit from some where else the same day I spoke with someone after I had been trying to get in contact with their company for weeks. Then my tax return was approved for more than what was originally stated and they do not know where the rest of my money is. Its been weeks and I am still waiting to hear back from them.
