I used this website for a tax question. I had to pay $5 to chat, which required my credit card information. Once I talked to an accountant they told me they signed me up for a membership @ $55.00/month. I told them I did not want a membership and to cancel it. The said they would cancel it. I have been charged $55.00 for April and May of 2024. I did finally get it cancelled. They said they have no record of me cancelling and will not refund my money. My credit card will not dispute the charges. If you go to their website, there is no other way to contact them except to chat. Luckily, their phone number was on my bank statement. I demanded they send a cancellation

email, which they did. I am 86 years old and feel they took advantage of me and are probably doing the same to others.
