Tate & Kirlin Associates sent my husband a collections letter for an account that does not even belong to him, for a credit card that we both have that is in good standing. The best part this supposed negative account was originally sent to me by MidLand Funding, who, when they lost the battle against me in court, sent it to Tate & Kirlin after attaching the debt to my husband's SS#.
