We received a letter from Tate and Kirlin stating they are a debt collector trying to collect a debt for $317.62 from a company we do business with, specifying an incorrect account number as being overdue. We called this company and they showed that we had no outstanding balance, and that they do not give out customer information, nor have they ever showed us as having an outstanding balance.

We called Tate and Kirlin Associates at both of the offices they listed, one number had a recording that the mailbox was full and hung up, the other that gave instructions for online payment, or to leave personal information on the recording which we elected not to provide.
