Received a call from a marketing company in California stating they were with Trivago and they wanted to purchase our time share, from there we were contacted by Tassat Real Estate LLC stating they were our legal representatives, at first we were told we did not have to front any money to sell our time share but then Tassat said we had to send $15,000 to cover the notary costs in Mexico, we being warned not to send did anyway because Tassat guaranteed in writing they would reimburse for any reason the transaction did not close, at this time Tassat will not receive our calls. We are now seeking legal assistance. We have done some deeper checking only to find out that Tassat, the marketing company and Westside Bank in New York were all involved in this scam.
