I am reporting identity theft located at 21720 Ventura Blvd.Woodland Hills CA 91367.I am a victim of identity theft the person who CO owns Tap Out Fitness is Korzu Taplin she take members names from Tapout Fitness gym to create fake social media profiles and utilizes the names for criminal activity.She has stole a lot of ideals from me and ripped a lot of people off through scams and running false ads. Regarding Tapout Fitness i only know of her running that business under a FALSE name.If you look her up on google she has a few complaints against her for running scams and taking credit cards payments via web for products you never receive. Her background is Fitness she worked Herbal Life for a short period because she was very misleading in her sales pitch.Please look into this matter she has over a dozen of businesses that have fake company profiles.
