Rewards Not Fulfilled

On February 14th I entered the Offer-Wall in the INJ2 game to make a contribution to a charity, which I had done many times. Normal turnaround time to receive in-game gems is within 15 mins after making the charitable giving (i.e., $20). After waiting 2hrs I submitted a trouble ticket to INJ2 (WB game support). The WB support team told me to follow up with TapJoy directly. After submitting a TapJoy trouble ticket, it took 4 days for them to gem me a portion of my gems (12,960 of 42,120). I advised the agents via chat that not all gems were given. I provided proof of the missing gems they were short via the screenshots of the offer wall (42,120 gems) and the trouble ticket on TapJoy’s support website. TapJoy representatives refused to give me the remaining gems (29,160 missing gems). I provided all information and submitted an escalation ticket to have them relook at my request. The TapJoy representative deleted all of my reported data and the original trouble ticket that I entered, leaving me with no further avenues to escalate or contact anyone on their side to correct the problem. I would like to know how this company is taking real currency and not being held accountable. The WB support team told me there was nothing they could do.

Yesterday on March 10th I was completing an offer for in-game points from the app Make Money! , the requirements of the offer were that I had to install the app Project Makeover using the Earn button on Tapjoy and spend 4.99 dollars in the game for gems . I did absolutely everything exactly the way it wanted me to do it

1. I clicked on the earn button and it redirected me to the app in Google Play 2. I installed it

3. I completed the tutorial and spent 4.99 dollars for gems

Even though I did everything I was asked to do I did not receive my reward so I emailed them asking for help . Today on March 11th they replied to me saying that the advertiser of the “Project Makeover: Purchase [Purse Full of Gems] Package($4.99) in [Gem Store] ” offer has determined my transaction for ineligible for reward because the app was not installed using Tapjoy . I can clearly see when I started the offer (9:25pm. March 10th) because it shows me the start time in Tapjoy . I simply got scammed and they don't care about it .

There's a game called Kill Shot Bravo that uses TapJoy as a way of getting fake gold as a currency in their game. You have to complete various actions through Tapjoy to get the free gold that you can use in the game called Kill Shot Bravo. Some of these actions are to complete surveys to acquire free gold to be spent in the game.

What they do is get your information then ask you to make a purchase before the end of the survey. (There is no end to the survey) You can try to back out or cancel but by then it's too late, they have your information.

I did one of these surveys and didn't complete it because they actually asked me for my credit card number! Since then I've been getting phone calls (and I'm on the do not call list) and porn spam and text messages from various companies wanting to sell me something.

I find that they are deceptive and use this tactic to gather information otherwise I would have not wanted to have given out.

I am also contacting the FCC, Google and possibly a class action lawyer.
