Ordered three pairs. One did not remotely match what I ordered - plastic, not handmade leather, in a completely different style and color.ade three attempts to get a replacement or refund. No return label, no return address, instead offered to refund 20% "because international shipping is expensive." No answer when I questioned how Florida was "international." Then offered 30%.
