As your first assignment, you will be making some donations on my behalf, I will get their details to you later.
In regards to the costs of your first assignment, I have instructed my client to have a payment made to you, you will receive a check (for $2,480) this morning via FedEx. Request for the FedEx tracking number if you need it.
Once you receive the check, my client has given strict instructions that the check should be deposited into your bank account using your phone (Mobile Deposit) or ATM check deposit to avoid unnecessary delays with the availability of funds, but if you don't have access to do that then take it to your bank and have it deposited. Funds usually take 24-48 hours to clear, let me know when the funds will be available to you.
In regards to your employment paperwork and interview. I have scheduled a meeting for when I get back in town on the 9th of September at 3PM, the location will be confirmed a few days before and it will take place locally so you won't have to travel. Kindly confirm if the date is fine with you.
Meanwhile, I will need you to find out the following for me and send me a few options with prices to choose from, you are not supposed to make the booking just yet.
- Return flights from Denver, Colorado to Singapore for the 11th of September returning 20th of September (Business Class). Evening flights.
- Hotels for the same date. Preferably in the City center non-smoking room.
No additional preference for airline or hotel
