We were at the Houston Airport in the Uber Lot, when a man told us that his ride was canceled and he was available. He asked us how much UBER would take us to Galveston to our hotel. We agreed to pay him 100.00. When we arrived at our destination, We again said it was 100.00. He took my credit card and ran it. Handed my card back to me (no receipt was offered).

When I returned to California, I checked my credit card and saw a charge of 780.00 was charged. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. Because I did not have a receipt they would not reverse the charge.

I have called and texted Saliou Samb @ 281-235-8088. I got this number from the Regulatory Affairs Public Information. When I called the number I got ahold of him. His story was he had credit card problems and he would return the money (680.00). It never was reversed. I told him to send me a check which he agreed. It has been over a month and no check has arrived. He now refuses to take my calls.

I have filed a complaint with Houston but he will not show up to a hearing.
