When I returned to California, I checked my credit card and saw a charge of 780.00 was charged. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. Because I did not have a receipt they would not reverse the charge.
I have called and texted Saliou Samb @ 281-235-8088. I got this number from the Regulatory Affairs Public Information. When I called the number I got ahold of him. His story was he had credit card problems and he would return the money (680.00). It never was reversed. I told him to send me a check which he agreed. It has been over a month and no check has arrived. He now refuses to take my calls.
I have filed a complaint with Houston but he will not show up to a hearing.
