Clemson University - Employment Fraud - F1 Visa - STEM OPT fake work experince.
Proof attached to this email.
The main purpose of this email is to expose the fraud committed by Tamara Quiney working with Clemson University Center for Workforce Development. I have tried to reach various people who can help in exposing this fraud. I would highly appreciate if you can help me in this noble cause or direct me to appropriate authority.
I apologize for the very long email. I understand that because of COVID-19, you and your team must be working from home.
This employment fraud may be a little difficult to understand, but I will explain everything in detail, step by step, and provide proof to expose the fraud. I am ready to explain everything on the phone, online, or if required in person at Clemson or Greenville.
I will give testimony at Clemson University or in Court in SC.
Thanks for taking the time to understand fraud conducted by Tamara Quiney working with CUCWD by providing fake work experience and also hiding a poor work experience on her resume submitted by her to CUCWD.(Clemson University Center for Workforce Development).
Kindly please find an attached screenshot of the resume. (L&D is marked in yellow color) and a fake draft copy without a letterhead from her friend, which she has used.
L and D consultant experience is fake(Sep2013 - Aug 2017), she has taken a letter from her friend that she was working for her as a consultant, she was unemployed during that period. To cover up the unemployment she took the letter from her friend and used it as her work experience certificate. Tamara Quiney had a small stint with Food Hall (Future Group) Mumbai India- This poor work experience she is hiding and not mentioning in her resume, which is again a violation of the law.
One simple thing will reveal the truth, ask her to provide the tax return for those years (2013-2017) when she worked as an L& D consultant, showing how much money she has paid in tax, other than the time she worked with Future Group - Food Hall. She will not be able to provide Tax returns which means that the information on the resume is fake.
Every Indian has to file income tax, but some people don't follow the law and don't file the returns.
Further, Tamara Quiney is also hiding her poor performance in the Future Group - Food Hall - She was literally thrown out because of poor performance, Clemson can contact Food Hall (Future Group) to verify whether she was working there or not.

When Clemson did background check they only checked US experience and some other reference check they missed of big fake experience, with Zaxby's, Accenture UK, and the place where she worked as an intern in Nebraska (This is very short work experience - much of her experience is in India- where she is lying and faking her work experience. The background check was not done where she has claimed years of experience (Sep 2013 - Aug 2017).
I am available via email, Skye, Zoom, Microsoft Team, phone and I am also ready to come to Clemson Campus or CUCWD office to meet you or any authority in person so that I can explain everything in detail, step by step. (I know that because of COVID19 - your staff is working from home. Kindly please let me know how can I help to expose this fraud. Trust me I will provide each and every detail required to provide true and expose the fraud.

I have provided the contact numbers of the organization (Future Group - Food Hall) where she worked and is hiding the information. Her Tax return for the year (Sep 2013 - Aug -2017). Will prove that she dint earn money because she didn't work fulltime during that duration. One Final point Tamara Quiney was in the USA on a tourist visa( Year - 2014-(4 to 5 Months), she was staying with her sister (Natasha/Geetu Mandal) in California San Jose. Even at that time also she violated immigration law, she was giving the interview for jobs on a tourist visa. Dates of her entry and exit from the USA can be found on her old passport. So the main point is how did she manage to work as an L&D consultant in India when she was staying with her sister in California. Her i94 will provide you all her entry and exit dates from the USA. If the University of Clemson enters her Name, Bith Date, Passport Number, Passport Country of issuance, the US government website(Link provided below) it will provide all her entry and exit dates from the USA.

I have sent details to the media and Clemson HR department, saying how international students like Tamara Quiney on stem OPT are giving false information in their resume and taking the job from genuine candidates. This abuse of the system and state and federal funds should be stopped. I am taking all efforts to stop this abuse and to unravel the truth.
Kindly please find attached a screenshot of the email send by Tamara Quiney saying my article in local new paper when she was working for Future Group - Food Hall.
[email protected] is her personal email id, which can be verified pretty easily, she must have used this email id while making a job application for the position of Instructor Designer at CUCWD. So if someone can check the CUCWD system, it should provide her personal email id, or else cross-check with HR they should definitely have it.
