I applied for a home, and was contacted by a company called Talis Management Group ( Located in Phoenix Arizona ) and was emailed an application and then told that i would contacted in 3-4 days with an approval or decline of the application. Then i was informed that the home would be taken off the market if the balance was paid. . ( Security Deposit ). I began doing some research and the home is not available for lease it is ONLY available for Purchase. Now i am without a home, and at a lost for the monies. When i contact the company i was informed that they no longer have the property available that it was already SOLD. ( to me ! ) But yet i have no home now. Crazy how people do stuff like this and are able to sleep at night. They don't appear to be licensed to lease or sell real estate in Arizona.
