3 MONTHS OF REFUSING REFUND NO ORDER

Wow wish we read this page about these effed up people/business TALAVOU CREATION! Every story on here is the same as ours. We order a quilt for our fathers funeral end of July 2023, funeral was mid-August it is now end of October 2023 of no quilt and REFUSE OUR REFUND!

Early morning around 2AM “THE DAY OF MY FATHERS FUNERAL”,HE FINALLY CALL trying to rush our order and get it within 24hrs. The disrespect. I can’t believe it. Then start making promises i will receive my order within 24hrs. I DO NOT WANT A QUILT COMING “AFTER” THE FUNERAL. These people ruin part of our decorations for our dad.

Then 3 whole months of hearing, his family had funeral, his family moving to Utah, his reasoning for delaying refund. THREE MONTHS OF THIS CRAP! Reading everyone story from a year ago, it’s the same reason… still moving to Utah. SMFH!

We are doing the legal route to sue this business and I hope everyone can do it too to get their money back!

Still waiting for my money 1 1/2 year later!

Hello All,
Just like the many people on here I too was scammed by this people about 1 1/2 year ago I sent my $480 money and draft for my sons first bday quilt! Communication Initially was good then once money was sent and it was time to confirm the shop burned down, I felt bad and was super understanding I didn't have it my October 2 as discussed and we'll never got my money back either just constant telling me they will keep me on the waiting list for refunds or if I wanted a quilt like a lot of people were supposly getting I didn't not want another quilt simply my money back , come forward to today I messaged them a couple days ago Monday of this week, response today Thursday was we are moving back to Utah 2-3 week and once we settle will work on your order? What order that's the real question I want my money back damn it 1 1/2 year no quilt no money? Kind of business runs like this and why aren't more people exposing them... I be careful Doing business with them

Talavou Creations will not refund my $180 payment for a quilted banner I had ordered for my youngest daughter's high school graduation. The first transaction between myself and the business owner, Solomone, was made in April. I received a price list through DM on Instagram and immediately explained that I was interested. After I had informed of what I was looking for, he stated a payment of the first half is required, then the remainder can be paid once the merchandise is received. So, I had sent the first payment of $180 after receiving his CashApp information but reached out about a week later due to no reply from this business. There was an ongoing communication flaw with this business, regardless of my efforts in messaging the owner and speaking via telephone. Solomone would always begin with his business and his life, talking about being a Entrepreuner and never addressing the customer's concerns until the end of our phone calls. I reached out numerous times due to my concern of lack of communication, whether it was a week or 2 after trying to get an update or the owners false promises of having my order in time. The month of graduation, I reached out again through DM and he asked to communicate through phone. When we spoke, he guaranteed I will get my order in time and apologized they were busy. However, graduation came, there was no communication from Solomone and there was no graduation banner for my last child during her special day. Shame on you Talavou Creations! When I asked for my refund the day after graduation, Solomone promised I will receive it in 30 days, that came and went with no refund. I reached out again, he apologized and promised I will receive it in 30 days (this was in early July 2023). That again came and went, still no refund from this so called Entrepreneur for $180. This false business owner will lie to you and take your money, then post on Instagram of other customers appreciating their orders. Solomone will also post their support of celebrities or famous people, so they can have this fake image of being a successful business. Please review BBB, Facebook, Google Reviews, Instagrams or any social media to see how much Talavou Business owner Solomone and his wife have scammed honest hard-working people of their money and to this day, kept that money and have not refunded them. It has been 5 months now and I have still not received a refund. The last phone conversation I had with Solomone on August 29, 2023 went like this:

He replied: Why did you hang up on me if I trying to talk to you about your refund.
My reply: You are talking about life happening to you. Any professional business owner would put their customers first and remember that life happens to everyone. You said you understood that you owe me my $180 back but would only talk about what’s going on in your life. Before I disconnected the call, I stated you need to refund my money, I will take the next legal steps
He replied: Ok well do what makes you happy cause I tried to call and talk to you but you don’t want to be an adult and talk. Hanging up on the business doesn’t resolve anything.

This was after 3 phone conversations between April-August 2023 and numerous DM through Instagram. Please be aware as mentioned earlier that I was not the only customer scammed. Find a business that is an actual Entrepreuner and understands what good business is. Don't be a victim of a scam by Talavou Creations!

2023, asking if they can do my son First birthday Monomono. Just a simple family in Utah, his wife reply Yes and I can pick it up from Orem, where Solomon’s her husband’s mom stayed. They never asked for a draft whatsoever until my son 2 minute before we have him blow out his candle, Solomons called, just woke up from his faikava and said that there machine went down 2 weeks ago. The audacity of this family to call right on my son first birthday, all I can say, may your next Karma never left your family, all of Utah knows your scammed and afii ugly family will go no where which is why they can only do business in Arizona. Still working with my lawyer on him and his sister and wife whom is the only one access the FB. Warn people about them before they took your money and left you with nothing. Solomon e, your lost will never replace and it’s still coming bro, what’s goes around will come eat you and your children, you will see.

Scammed for my money

I paid for 2 quilts from this company and they confirmed through Facebook messenger that I would receive my order by Sept 1. After sending my money, they stopped responding to me. My messages were being read and they were very active on social media posting other orders but no response to my messages. Sept 2nd came and I still hadn't received my order or any communication. I finally took it public and received an overwhelming response of other folks who too had the same experience. Guess who decides to respond now, yeah Talavou Creations finally has time to defend himself but not once apologize for not coming through on his end. I want them shut down. They are taking advantage of our Polynesian community and there's no accountability for their actions! They refuse to give me my money back and are horrible at how they handle these types of situations.

I discovered this page in July 2021 from a friend, and they sell quilts that are used for funerals, graduations, and 1 year celebration of passing away and etc. So, I placed an order in the middle of August 2021 for my beloved daddy’s 1 year celebration of passing away. The total came out to $440. I confirmed with them the due date and told them we need this by or before January 2022, and they said they would mail it to us way before the year of 2021 ends. I was so excited to receive this beautiful quilt because I had a friend who referred me to them and their business.

After we Venmo’d our money, during the whole process they ghosted me from the month of September to the middle of October and restarted our conversation into a new message thread. They messaged me claiming that they were having a hard time messaging me on Facebook but I never received any message requests from people who weren’t my friend. On Oct. 19TH They asked for my shipping info because they said “it’s ready for shipping now” and then mentioned that there’s also shippings fees too, which should’ve been mentioned in the beginning before I even paid them.

Afterwards, from that day on they ghosted me again until Dec. 24th. My brother had to message them because they blocked me and I couldn’t message anymore, so my brother stepped in. They continued giving us the run arounds and said that they would mail our quilt after Christmas was done and would provide us a tracking number. On that following Monday the 27th, they haven’t sent anything yet and didn’t provide us a tracking number. They provided my brother with their phone number and when I spoke with the owner of this business he said “I forgot it was my birthday today, so I didn’t get a chance to go to the office and mail out your quilt” I was already furious!

Our event is on Monday the 10th of January and til this day we haven’t received ANYTHING! I’ve been checking our primary mail office and nothing was sent to us. They left me on read all the up until today January 4th when I completely took this matter to Social Media made my post public for everyone to see how shady these people are!

It too me to blast these people’s business for them to respond back in seconds & they blew up my phone by calling me. They denied all accusations when I have screenshots of our entire conversation. They untagged themselves from my posts

my social media accounts, so that new comers won’t see this horrible review! I was told that I wasn’t the only one who lost money and was disappointed in this business, because there are others!

I think I’m the first one to report this matter on here! I hope this will help other folks that are thinking about placing orders with this company and to think twice! They wanted more money after giving them $440 upfront for the quilt and demanded if we don’t send them the shipping fees they’re going to keep my daddy’s quilt with them. This broke my heart seeing that this is the world we live in. People taking other people’s hard earn money and not taking fault in their actions. I also screenshot their policy rules that they sent me in our original conversation and it clearly states that the quilts/products are nonrefundable or nonexchangeable, UNLESS THEY MADE THE ERROR! I don’t know about you, but in my eyes this is their error!

They’re always online, always posting on social media, and responding to other people’s concerns and comments. They even show other people with their quilts, but their excuse to me is “we’re busy with other orders” as if I’m not a paying customer also!

Please report this page and take it down, because frankly Facebook and Instagram isn’t able to take their page down because they took off the report scanner option. This is how they been getting away with robbing people of their money & still receiving new customers!
