I purchased a jumpsuit on Taineideocly's website for $24.97 USD. The ad said "Last Day 70% Off." It turns out that every day is the "last day" because their ad still says that! I'm a size 6 and according to their size chart I could wear a size small or medium (small is supposed to fit sizes 2-8, and medium is supposed to fit sizes 6-10). I ordered the jumpsuit in a size medium and figured it would be a little big on me. I waited for weeks to receive my order and then what I received was a plastic bag that had a label with a return address of a guy's first name from Illinois over another label, no last name and no company name. The jumpsuit is way too small and not what was advertised according to the material listed and the size chart listed. It's so small that I can't even sit down in it! The advertisement initially stated that the material is polyester but the tag says it's only 35% polyester. After I wrote them to return it they changed the material content on their website to say "synthetic fiber." I paid using my PayPal account and the receipt said paid to Banbain Trade Co., Limited with the email address [email protected] and the total came to $39.33 USD. I reviewed their return policy and did as asked, I wrote them about it and provided photos of myself wearing the tiny jumpsuit, my proof of purchase, my PayPal receipt, the tag showing the size and material, and their size chart and material advertised. They keep denying my return saying they sent the correct item but it's clearly defective as it's way too tiny and doesn't fit! There's no way anyone size 6-10 could wear it! They are trying to haggle with me and offered me $3, then $5, then $6 and now $12 instead of refunding me the $39.99 that I paid! They don't honor their return policy and they deleted my negative review on their website several times! When I looked up Banbain Trade Co., Limited it said it's a company located in Hong Kong!

Purchase a jumpsuit online. He jumpsuit arrived and it was an entirely different quality than what was advertised. The material and the design of the product were nothing like the advertised product. I reached out to the company to get a refund or exchange and was only offered a $3 refund. The company admitted that there was nothing wrong with their product which means that all of their products are meant to not actually fit

There was an ad for a jumpsuit that showed a super stretchy and soft fabrication and even offered you to size down. I ordered in my normal size and it is cheap non stretchy super small material, definitely not what was pictured or described online. The support said they could only offer me $6 and not a refund since I received what I ordered. I did in fact receive nothing that was pictured or ordered or described it is a scan and fake product.
