Contacted Tahoe Family Adventures on 8/13/2025 by phone and was told they have 4 utv (side by side) vehicles to rent to travel into forest. Made reservations over the phone and paid in full with credit card. Reservations were for 9/6/25 at 12noon for 2 hours for 4 utvs $1980.00 Paid on 8/13/25 with credit card through Square app. On 9/6/25 a few hours before rental received text message indicating utvs were not delivered on time and would be available the next day at 3pm. Arrived on location in Kings Beach, CA as indicated on the invoice and there was no one at residence (it was not a business). Texted and was informed utvs were not delivered. Made numerous requests for full refund - no refund has been provided. Reported to Placer County Sheriff, filed complaint with California Attorney General, reported to bank fraud department and Square fraud department.
