T3 General Contractor was hired to do repairs on our home after the hail storm that hit our area in late Aril of 2016, the house encountered roof damage, broken windows, damaged siding, and storage unit damage. This company had started to work on a home across the street form our home and decided to talk to him about giving us a quote. We decided to go ahead and hire him to do the repairs after we had gotten other visits from contractors that were in the area wanting to do repairs, but not of the other contractors gave you a quote or even bother to see the damage to the home, the first thing they asked was how much were you getting from the insurance. On the other hand T3 General Contractors first saw the damage, and then gave us the dollar amount it would cost to do the repairs. T3 promised to complete the repairs within a couple of weeks. The crews he would send over would work an hour to hour and a half when they actually showed up which was not very often. T3 General Contractor Owner requested a down payment of 7,400 to start on the repairs the total cost of the repairs would be $13,358.00. T3 Contractors started on the siding, did not finish it, then about 2 months after he sent a crew to start on the roof, the roof was never finished, in addition our home suffered other damage due to rain, water came in through the walls, flooded the house causing damage to the tile, carpet, exhaust fans, A/C and furniture, and this was caused due to T3's irresponsibility. T3 owner was contacted many times though out the project and would only say his crew would be there, there was a lot of lost time due to someone having to stay home to wait for the crew and the crew would not show up. In addition when he started on the roof he requested more money and was given to him, a total of $10,100.00 was given to T3 and was lost. T3 was told he had to finish this project and fix all the damage caused by his irresponsibility and he said he would make things right and to this day we have not herd from him. His home out in far West San Antonio is boarded up and there is no signs of anyone living there. This man operates though out Texas in Austin, Huston and surrounding areas and may possible operate in New Mexico. This company was working in the Medow Brook Subdivision in Converse Texas where there were a lot of home that suffered a lot of damage. We want this man caught and not allow him to scam any more consumers, we want our money.
