Received phone call claiming to be TMobile offering a promo in partnership with Target stores for loyal customers. Left message with number to call back. Number had TMobile jingle and they had access to all the info legit TMobile reps have when calling customer service. Offered two promos for $40 a month billing for either two or three years. To get two year pay one year in advance for $480. Three year pay two years in advance for $960 and also get upgraded phone. Payment must be made on a Target CC or Target gift cards. Followed up and the gift cards were used at Target stores in Cheektowaga, NY. All the purchases also had Target Team Member discounts applied.

I bought a watch from smartfashiondaily with a visa gift card. I got a text saying I could get a watch and just pay shipping which was like $7. My gift card had like $12 and I'm not sure what I should do. I searched if it was a scam and found out it was and that in the terms &conditions it says that once u pay for shipping u are also paying like $86 for a membership. What should I do?

I answered a scam call on my home phone. The caller said my name. I replied yes. Collecting $1000 for my T Mobile bill. I don't have T Mobile. I have never had an account with them. Caller stated I owed this amount. The phone number in my caller ID was 216-290-3985.
