Continue to send me bills/statements for a credit card (Sams Club World Elite Mastercard) Sams Club MC/SyncB, that I never had... stating that it's a membership renewal fee, then continues to add late fees!

When I call the 866-743-8547 they continue to ask me for my first and last name, then send me down a phone tree (of AI voiced robots).
