I purchased a “cashmere sweater” from SydneyThomasClothing.com (as seen on website face page) that turned out to be made of some shiny smooth fabric like nylon or polyester. There are no tags on the garment specifying materials used or size or care instructions. I requested a refund and they responded that I could have one but that I’d have to return the item at my own expense which would be about the same as the sweater.

I had ordered a faux fur vest for my wife from SydneyThomasClothing.com. I received an email that the vest had shipped and I could track through the company's website. After numerous tries I could not track the order. I emailed their support email several times but did not receive a response. After 3 weeks of trying to connect I contacted my credit card company since I was invoiced already and explained my situation. My credit card company credited my account. The very next day I received an email from the company stating they were sorry for the mixup and understood that I was credited back and if I happened to receive the product I could keep it at no charge. Two days later I received a vest similar (cheaply made with no label) to the one I had ordered originally from a company out of Naperville Illinois named Abby Adkins. When researching Abby Adkins I discovered they are a scam company
