I received a call at my place of business asking for one of my co-workers, who happens to be an elderly person. My co-worker wasn't in, so I asked to take a message. He proceeded to tell me to have them call Attorney Roy Palmer regarding unclaimed lottery money. Skeptical, I googled Roy Palmer, and found several ScamPulse.com consumer complaints filed against him/the companies he represents.
