My wife was online reading her Bible app when the Svelte boutique ad popped up. She was interested in the supposed custom way they made jewlery to suit you, so she ordered 3 necklaces. Week passes, she hasnt recieved them, so i try the tracking numbers on both Fed ex and usps, it says its an unrecognizable tracking number. I try Sveltes tracking and its the same thing, its on the way. The 800 number you dial, just gives you the same message, that all service reps are busy, leave name and number and they will get back to you within the hour. They never do. Then, May the 9th, my wife goes to make a purchase and learns the card has been temperarily shut down. She checks our account to find various expensive purchases are being made in our name thru out the country. I had her card cancelled and i contacted the bank who was very helpful.
