I viewed a product on Pinterest for lifelike artificial boston ferns. I followed a link to the sususummer website and viewed the product. The ferns are shown in multiple images and in videos on both the site and Pinterest to be huge, very full and fluffy, exploding out of the delivery box. By large I mean 3 feet across and 2 feet high at minimum. The images show a woman holding 2 of the outdoor fake ferns and they are huge. Another image shows them lining a walkway, another of a man on a step stool hanging one on the porch, another at the entrance of a home. Furthermore the lifelike artificial boston fern is listed as having an expanded size of 43.3 inches. Based on the images and descriptions I purchased 2 costing $41.87. I received them in the mail last week and they are basically sprigs of fern, I have pictures of what I was sent. The size is not what is advertised. I reached out to the company to ask for a refund and was told that the actual product slightly differs from the images online and that I should order more to get the desired effect. I have reached out numerous times asking for a refund and they are not responding. This company is a scam, they are stealing people's money, there is no response, no refund option, and there are multiple other reviews saying the same thing as I have had happen. I want to report this company as they are misleading customers and ripping them off promising a beautiful product at a very reasonable rate and then sending a cheap piece of plastic that is worth about 5 cents.
