I typed in 360 RotateX Universal Phone Holder for Car. Susan Smith came out. I ordered the phone holder using my Citicard on 8-22-2026. I got a response thanking me for my order the same day and was informed it will take about 24 hrs to 48 hrs to process the order. Then on August 25, I got a message telling me that it may cause a slight delay "due to enhance quality assurance inspection (size, color, features, specs). Tracking update pending shipment: team working diligently". That is very strange, it takes days to inspect a phone holder so I cancelled my order. Susan Smith responded that they cannot cancel and the order was processed and is beyond their 24 hour cancellation period. They cannot intercept the shipment but did not provide tracking. If they actually shipped it, she did not provide a tracking. I read a complaint that customer ordered and tried to return the product. She was told it went beyond the store's return 30 days return policy. I did not received the phone holder as of this date.

This is not a legitimate business. Counterfeit dress sent to me was not close to wearable. When I tried to return for refund thru [email protected] I was told to return at my expense to:

I placed an order from their website which leads you to believe they are located in North Carolina. The item came from an import/export business located at 182-30- 150th Road, Jamaica, NY 11413. The merchandise order, a women's shrug size L, arrived and was extremely small, like a child's size. I attempted to return and was met with demands for photograph after photograph of the item. After 10 e-mails, I was offered store credit. After much internet sleuthing I discovered the company is actually located at: Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street Yinzhou District, Ningbo City Zhejiang Province, 315100 China.

I ordered a sweater from their website, SusanSmith-NC.com. It came without any tags or any brand name on it. It's a piece of garbage. I went to return it and had multiple emails back and forth asking for their return address. They wouldn't return it and reimburse me, even though there website says they do (which I know now is all fake). They gave me this address to send it to for store credit:

China

There phone number, 1(307) 310-6129, rings once and then goes dead. Hopefully you can shut these crooks down.
