I ordered 2 rings from this company. Shipping took about 4 weeks. From Hong Kong. One ring was not what I ordered at all and they sent a substitute. The 2nd ring was a cheap fake of the one pictured online.

When i wrote to them asking for a refund. They had some crazy process for return, involving all kinds of documentation and shipping costs, that would hve cost more than the items. Or they offered a refund of 20% of the cost of the items. I took option nbr 2. I hve received the partial refund. And i will never order from them again.
