I placed an order and I was automatically enrolled in a subscription which I can’t cancel myself and also I did not receive the product. I placed the order on July 14th and on August 5th I sent an email asking about my order and why I have a subscription which I never chose when I placed the order. Three days later after emails back and forth I saw on the tracking that they posted that the package was delivered on July 27th at the front door or yard which is not true because USPS doesn’t leave small packages at the door, we have a box with a key for packages delivered by USPS so looks like I lost 75.85$ and I have no product and not to say that there is a subscription which I can’t cancel.
