For the first few days, the tracking showed normal activity – “label created,” “in transit,” etc. However, after about a week, the tracking status stopped updating and has remained stuck on “Arrived at Campton Facility” since May 19. Despite repeated attempts to contact the seller and the shipping service, I’ve received no helpful response. The package never arrived.
