Website hyped high-quality, technically advanced mini-hearing aids well below most costs. Purchased them with a 30 day money back guarantee as long as it was returned with all the packaging & a return merchandise authorization number to attach on the package. After 2 weeks I realized the aids were below par & have attempted contact with the customer service rep; a woman, who has repeatedly avoided giving me the return address or number needed- quite deliberately. This company is a Scam & should be avoided.
