Purchased a pair of Adidas Sambas in November, using a link sent by the person for whom I was buying them. I didn't pay enough attention at the time. I soon noticed that the shipping information was very strange (citing what time the plane landed?), and referred to customs, but the company claims to be in New Jersey. The website contains lots of mispellings, and only sells hair extensions except for a brief time that they sold these shoes. I filed a claim with my credit card and was refunded. They emailed demanding payment or return of the shoes at my expense, and the address they provided is a suburban home near Las Vegas that is not registered as a business.

In January, a box arrived with clearly fake shoes. Now in March they are sending threatening emails demanding payment and saying they will "escalate" and involve a collections agency. One of the emails offered a 35% discount if I pay immediately.
