Ordered from a FB company called Safrapin for summer dresses. Paid by credit card. Waited and heard nothing. Emailed the company and received an email back from service@liziteam saying it has been shipped. I waited another two weeks and emailed again asking where my dresses were. They said it was shipped and confirmed delivered to my house. I did not receive any package. I asked them to provide a picture of the package at my door and they could not. I asked for a refund and threatened to report them. They emailed back with an off of a 55% refund. I refused. I called my credit card company and filed a discrepancy and also filed a scam report with BBB and scam websites. I then researched and found that this company has done this to numerous other people! So frustrating!

Placed an order with them, wanted nothing, so I text them they said Wait one more week it should be there. One more week came and went text them again, and they said it was delivered, here is your tracking number DU9100087623YM. So I went but the tracking number in, said number not found or wrong number. I text that place again about my order and told the tracking number was wrong, and that the package still has not arrived. They never answer me, so I text the same e-mail again, still no answer. Then I just realized I was scammed. $25.98 in the hole, shipping and all.

Same problem here but my tracking shows out for delivery in Phoenix, AZ then same day delivered in NC. No posible way that happened. I replied and no response

Ordered items after seeing an online ad. 2 times customer service sent 2 different shipping numbers during about 2,5 months. Still not received goods. Say 3 times they are gonna pay the money back "wait 4-7 days to receive". Still no refund. Total scam! (Should have known betteršŸ˜’) Lost 50+$. Even payed for delivery insurance šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

Goods ordered. Goods tracked. Goods shown as delivered to field near me. Company investigated and said goods lost in transit they would issue refund. This was over 8 weeks ago. Now stopped answering emails and no refund received. Out of pocket Ā£30.00GBP.

Placed order, tracking showed delivered to a field near me. They confirmed showed as delivered. Contacted them over 8 weeks ago, they said they would issue refund, chased daily, nothing received. They have now stopped answering emails. support@liziteam is the contact. Out of,pocket Ā£30.00.GBP. Christian is the person who has stopped answering my emails.

Placed an order on April 8 and the tracking number shows it was delivered today May 4, 2024 and I have not received that package. I would like someone to contact me and work on giving me a refund of $31.89. This charge was through.Honest Concept Trading.

So like a dummy I should have know better. I saw an ad on facebook for a Harbor Freight greenhouse kit (looked very legit to include a video of assembly) for $60 plus expedited shipping. Never arrived. Oddly enough, I received a 99 cents HARMONICA on the day I should have received the greenhouse. Some joke! They will never send me a receipt of my order nor specific dates or tell me where the item ships from. They continue to make excuses. They removed the ad for the greenhouse. It is a total scam. I lost my money like many others. I should have known better.

I purchased 58L-Double compartment rectangular pedal trash can-intelligent sensor trash can [buy 2 free shippingƗ1 from Ullasun.

I immediately sent an email to cancel my order, but it was ignored and charged to my credit card.

I then received an email from C Deon:

Wouldn't Facebook have culpability in this fraud since the advertisement was on their site?

They were advertising a home depot patio set for $69.99 factory sale on Instagram. I kept checking the shipping dates an nothing came up. Next thing I know the website is down.
