It was an infomercial for ginger slim. It was repeatedly showing up on my feed via Facebook and instagram. I decided to watch what they had to offer. They gave me a price without shipping information, once I clicked “pay” an extra charge of $20-$30 was added for shipping costs. This was instantly done without notice. On my bank statement it showed this would be a repeated charge, the name of the company turned into Cartpanda, and claimed to be a Walmart affiliate. At this instance it felt like a scam, I called right after the charge to cancel the order. I was told by a representative that it would be canceled and to wait for a confirmation email. I waited until the next day without receiving anything. I emailed the support address, and was informed it was already sent out via USPS on a Sunday. USPS is not open on Sunday which made this company more suspicious. I alerted them I would inform ScamPulse.com of their tactics, and was again told it could not be undone. The order was sent and I would not be able to be refunded until it was sent back all this occurred on 03/31/25. The package was received completely opened with product missing. I refused the package and it was sent back. The box was only sealed with the packaging sticker in a flimsy box that is supposed to support glass vials. The box was refused and taken back by USPS.
