It was on Facebook marketplace and it was labeled mystery box from Amazon returned items cost was $55.98 thank goodness it was undeliverable because it was a 8 inch box which was a cheap *** earbuds a phone charging cord for 5598 and now they’re saying that I did not place an order And they do not have a order ID or a tracking number. Well the post office in my town did not deliver it to my house cause we don’t get USPS so they returned it to sender and I had a tracking number and now it’s sent back and they’re claiming I never ordered anything or no knowledge of me

Bought two super boxes 130.00
Received a bag with two items and a mystery box total worth about 30.00. Sent email and response was a 30 percent refund for mystery box only.
I blame FB/ Meta they are being paid to advertise this product. I guess they don't care where their ad revenue comes from. Just another money hungry monopoly that needs investigated.

THIS IS A SCAM.

I ordered a Super Giant Box for $59.99+$5.99 shipping, totaling $65.98. I received a tiny box with ear buds and a 3 in 1 charger connecter. On Amazon I could have bought those for $28 dollars total.
Scammer's website is AMAZNRTBX and AMAZNBXSTORE, MARKETPLACE on Facebook

I recently bought 2 of the super giant return pallets in good faith. I received 7 small items sold on Amazon for about $5 to10 a piece. I paid $208 to receive what I was made to believe was a package with more items.of quality. I have communicated with them several times asking for a return label. Which it was on the website that it was possible. Here is the latest explanation from them.

Thank you for your support and interest in our store! apologize for the inconvenience!
We are truely sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectation. But we regret that we are unable to process your return request.
The mystery box itself is a special product. It depends on luck.
Like buying a lottery ticket, the more you buy, the better your chances of winning. And our products are sealed packaging. Once the package is unpacked, it will affect the secondary sales.

I had given them my phone number in each email and asked to give me a call. They never responded.

I ordered a large pallet for $59.99+$5.99 shipping, totaling $65.98. What I received was a small 4in x 7in box containing two small items. This is NOT a large pallet. I contacted seller numerous times asking for a return with refund. All the seller would do would be a partial refund. I declined and requested a full return as my invoice also shows, "30-day satisfaction guarantee with money back.". I told the seller the items were still sealed and unopened. They did not give me a RMA number or return address to send this package back. Ordered December 22, 2024, Received December 29, 2024 and contacted the seller that very day that I wanted a return for a refund. This is a total scam.

Advertised big Amazn (no o) crate sale. I ordered the large one and got a box about 8” x 4” with two items. Total value of about $20, if that. Said full refund offered but I can’t get a response. Lesson learned!
