Ordered Memopezil from a Facebook ad, found out it's a scam

I ordered 6 bottles of Memopezil from a Facebook ad. They had videos of Dr. Gupta, and others talking about this break through for memory. 60 day money back guarantee. We talked to the Doctor who said my husband could not take it due to conflict with medications. I tried to live chat, I sent an email to [email protected] and I called the number (507) 448-8190 and couldn’t get through they were non responsive. I found online that this is a scam and they are using AI videos of Dr. Gupta and others. It is not approved by the FDA. I lost $314.58.

I have requested a full refund & return label and all i get us generated replies. I fell into the SCAM by watching a video by Oprah Winfrey which i know & belive after research was AI generated. They are refusing to refund my full amount only 30%. After over 12 emails I refused stating due to health issues i cannot take the product now they want a doctors letter stating the reason which i am not providing them my personal information. I hope you can help me resolve the issue

Saw ad on FB. Ordered online. Paid with credit card. Next day got a call from “Kalvin” in Austin Texas. He said I would need supplements in addition to what I had already ordered to be successful. I stupidly agreed to the order. I was told there was a refund guarantee. Two days later I decided to cancel. Called # I was given. After several attempts with no answer and no voice mail I gave up. Got a call back about 3 hours later. Order

couldn’t be cancelled but to return product for refund. I returned product and it was received and signed for on

5/2/2025. Refund not received yet and all email communication from them has stopped.
