I came across a website using Supergoop’s name, logo, product images, and branding that appeared to be the official Supergoop website. The website address was supergoopip.shop. It advertised Supergoop products at heavily discounted prices. I attempted to purchase a product for $5.40 and entered my payment information because I believed the website was legitimate. During checkout, I was prompted to enter a one-time verification code sent by my bank. I became suspicious and did not enter the verification code, so the transaction was not completed and I did not lose money. The website listed the contact email [email protected], phone number (531) 942-2685, and an Omaha, Nebraska address. These details did not match the official Supergoop company information. I am reporting this website because it appears to be impersonating a legitimate brand and attempting to obtain consumers’ payment information.
