They refuse to let you cancel your subscription without calling them. They force you to listen to “why you shouldn’t delete it” then tell you they aren’t open. They’re making me wait until the day I get charged, to cancel my subscription. They gave me the option in app but acted like it was too big of a decision to make without speaking to a rep first. They don’t make it easy to cancel your subscriptions and they run you around in circles until they can take more money from you. They don’t help, they take more money than they give. It’s a scam. They refused to even tell me what card is attached to my file so that I can cancel it. $15 a month for a service that does absolutely NOTHING for me and I haven’t been active in. I can’t imagine how many people have fallen for their “we save you money!” Tricks. They try to offer you money to stay too, but not only do they not give it to you, but they make your whole screen freeze if you even try to talk to customer service chat box about ANYTHING.

Booking confirmation B_12270205 paid December 4th 2023 $327.94 USD for two night’s stay in Atlantic City, NJ on 17 Feb 24. Arrived at the hotel and they could only find the booking for 18 Feb.

Spoke with Super support and they referred me to the urgent care team. An agent reached out to me and offered a refund or an alternate booking.

I chose for them to book me and my partner into a hotel as the refund would not cover even a fraction of a last minute booking in Atlantic City.

It was clear to us that they wanted us to accept a refund as they continued to repeat that it may take “2 hours” to resolve

A few hours later and into the night, well after our check in time, an alternative hotel was suggested by the agent and accepted by us.

The communications ceased at that point.

I reached out to support twice that night. They put in “follow up requests” with the urgent care team to reach out to me again as they could not help at their level, they refused to give me a direct number to call the urgent care team. The team or any agent failed to follow up with me despite having my email and two contact numbers.

The next morning I requested another follow up through a support agent. Nobody contacted me.

I believe I have been scammed. No money recovered and no alternative booking. Currently out of pocket for the full amount paid.

I booked a hotel via this third-party booking site to save money, Super.com. The booking was nonrefundable and non-cancellable, which I understood when paying. However, the hotel in question declined to accept the reservation from Super.com, and did not offer a room. Super.com then still charged my credit card, despite the hotel receiving no money for the reservation. I was offered no hotel room, and the hotel told me they would approve a full refund from the Super.com. Unfortunately, as I pursued a refund, Super.com makes it essentially impossible to receive a refund (despite having offered zero services in exchange for money). They continually changed the rules of how I was to submit proof of the booking error, and required inordinate things to provide that proof, such as a notarized statement from the hotel manager or "certified agency" (I don't know what that would be). They clearly intend to specifically frustrate and discourage anyone from receiving their money back via refund, despite circumstances that are completely out of someone's control. Perhaps some bookings through this third-party hotel booking site are legitimate, but I would like to warn others about them, as I believe they are severely suspect and scam-like.

The hotel did not have confirmation of our booking nor did they have a hotel room for us; I contacted Super.com on Monday when their customer service center was open, and they said in order to provide a refund they need a written document from the hotel stating that I didn’t not receive a room and why. I expressed that hotel would likely not give written, official documentation to a random person calling saying they didn’t get a room, since they don’t have any record of my name. I called the hotel and confirmed that they would not provide this, and they also said they have had guests scammed by Super.com before. We found the website on what we thought was a reputable company’s app, Kayak.com. I have refuted the charge with my bank.

Booked the Georgetown TX Sheraton hotel for 18/19th September, at a cost of $200 - Super.com incorrectly sent me a booking for 25/26th September.

The only help Super.com has is online support (no phone number), I demanded a refund within a few minutes of booking - they told me the booking was non-refundable. I called them a fraud operation.

I reported the issue to my credit card as this appeared to be a scam, the $200 payment is currently pending so cannot yet be refunded.

I went to the hotel to book my stay for 18/19th (for the 2nd time!), when checking out on the 19th I enquired with receptionist and they do not have a booking for me on 25/26th September.

Super.com is a scam, advertising on google when looking for hotel dates .. they were $40 cheaper so I got suckered in to booking - then they did a date swap to leave me helpless with no room booking.
