I was charged $39.95 on my One Card. Ive never been on their website nor even heard of them. They have a bogus phone number and email. I have never purchased anything from a website its crazy to me how this happened. I seen other ppl are having same issues.

While attempting to establish a "no fee" u tube account, data was apparently going to sumfr.fans. They did not identify themselves, their services, or cost data. I was notified, by my Credit card company, later that night of a potential fraud. I had to cancel my credit card.

Scammed out of funds!

On March 4, I received texts from my bank of suspicious activity. One hit for $1.95 and the other for $39.95. The bank locked and canceled my card, but now I gave to wzit until pending goes to posted until they can file fraud claim.

I found 2 charges on my account unrelated to either of my debit cards. One chare was made 10/12/24 at 1:36AM for $39.95 then another at 8:36AM for $4.95. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges after looking up the reference name (sumfr.fans) and it seems to be a scam based on info on your site.

My mother’s bank flagged a suspicious charge to her credit card in amount of $49.95 from sumfr.fans. I looked up their website and it was unclear what business they were in but they promised “sumfr.fans Support Representatives will amaze and promised “Magnificent Customer Service Always”, so I called to find out who they were and what the charge might have been for. The agent said they provide billing services for some organization but I didn’t catch the name so asked her to repeat. I thought she said it was for “bffriends.com”, but still wasn’t sure because she said it rapidly and with a bit of a foreign accent. I tried to spell it back to her to confirm and she replied no I didn’t say that, just shut up and pay attention. That was enough for me to conclude the charge was fraudulent, as no legitimate business would respond that way to a customer who was simply asking what they had been charged for - especially a company that purported it be in the business of providing magnificent customer service!
