I ordered the product after watching an hour long presentation of Dr. ** and Dr. ****. After ordering I went to Dr. ****** website and he did not endorse the product. Their likeness was AI, so I called to stop the order and was told it had gone through. So I got the info I needed to return it. As soon as it arrived I returned it, which cost me another $13.00 in shipping. I called a few days later to ensure it was received, it was received on Feb. 9th I was told. They said to give it 30 days to process and then another 10 for the bank to process it. I called 40 days later and was told it had been processed. It is now July 20th and still no refund. I have contacted them several times through the email address they gave me but am always told it is still being processed. The last time I contacted them a few days ago, they never even responded, just sent my message back to me. So they have my money ($591.80) and the product. Their website says 100% refundable.
