This site masquerades as the Federal BOI reporting site. In small print it says that it is assisting your company to file the report, and it asks for the same info as the Federal site, including personal info and a PNG of an ID. I submitted my corporate FEIN number and a picture of my passport before the site asked me for a credit card number. At that point I realized that even tho it was the first choice on my browser, it was a .com rather than a .gov and closed the window without saving anything.
