I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes. After two weeks, I received an item I did not order and after 9 correspondences with customer service (in which the company offered me a discount to order additional items but refused to refund me for the purchase I never received and refused to send the item I paid for), the company stopped answering my emails. I never received the item I paid for and never received a refund.
