I filed for a business license with State Filings at StateFilings.com. I agreed to a $99 charge to apply for a PLLC. I did not agree to any other charges. My card is being billed for $712.36, totaling $700 lost.

I see that there are many other similar complaints on this company.

Tried to set up an LLC. This website was featured, so I selected it. Contact was quick and set up was easy. The payment was pending almost immediately on my credit card. The amount was supposed to be much less than the amount pending which is what alerted us. The website asked for license and ssn as well as payment.
