Star Source Network Limited – Scam! Took My Money and Blocked Me

I placed an offline order with Star Source Network Limited based on a proforma invoice dated July 16, 2025. I paid RMB 5000 via Alipay to the seller’s account. The order was for:

• 100 pcs Seagate 320GB HDD

• 100 pcs Seagate 500GB HDD

The seller confirmed the payment but never shipped the goods.

Worse, after receiving the payment, the contact person Musk Mo stopped responding completely. He blocked me on WhatsApp, does not answer any calls or messages, and has completely disappeared. I tried contacting the company through their website and phone, but got no reply at all.

This company is clearly a fraud. They use Alibaba.com to appear legitimate, but they conduct offline transactions to avoid Trade Assurance. I want to warn others and urge authorities to investigate and shut them down.

Seller advertised network hardware to me on email and whatsapp in May 2025 after several weeks of discussions with some level of trust established, on 15 July 2025 payment was made to his account and he stopped communicating with me and did not deliver the goods.
