I ordered a saree from an Instagram page named "srivallysilksaree" (Instagram username: @srivallysilksaree). The seller communicated through WhatsApp on number +91 9204333273. I made the full payment for the saree, but after receiving the payment, the seller blocked me on both WhatsApp and Instagram.
I did not receive the product and have been unable to contact them since. This appears to be a fraudulent seller who is cheating customers by taking money and then blocking them.
I request a full refund and necessary action against the seller. I am attaching proof of the transaction and screenshots of the conversation.
