I purchased a puzzle from an online ad on Spiritukal.com. When it came it seems quite low quality and was in a small box. It did not come with a poster to work off from, which is standard for puzzles. I reached out to them for a poster, they said, "it doesn't come with one." Then I googled the company that makes the actual puzzle (Yetch) and talked with them. Sent them a picture of what I received and they confirmed it was a knockoff puzzle. I lost $43.00.

Purchased storage bags and it was $53.00 and they charged extra $17.00 for sales taxes. They are not suppose to charge sales taxes. They would not refund the difference. When I got the product it was not what it was suppose to be and wanted to return it and now they will not respond. The product comes from overseas and then marked coming from United States on the package. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. STAY AWAY!!
