I bought a coin pack for 14.99. got i think 30 or 40 sc in return. Played , got thru ridiculously high playthrough and still won $300 and tried to redeem. Had problems from the word go but at first customer service did eventually get back to me thru emails only. After about a week or 2 they stopped communicating and at about the 3 week mark i got an email at 2:45 in the morning stating that my redemption had been denied and that they were permanently closing my account. They also said they would be refunding my original purchase. Which was 14.99. Still havent seen it and i doubt i will. Found out they are a sister site of jackpota.com. never had a problem from them but i dont go near them anymore.
